1. General

　　(A) This Agreement, which incorporates by reference other provisions applicable to use of all websites owned or operated by Chongqing Iyasocare Medical Co.,LTD.Ltd. (“Iyasocare”), sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of Iyasocare websites by any user (“Subscriber”). By using any Iyasocare website, Subscriber agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement. The right to use Iyasocare websites is personal to the Subscriber and non-transferable. Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring compliance with this Agreement.

　　(B) Iyasocare reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its websites, including content, availability, and required equipment.

　　(A) Subscriber agrees to use Iyasocare websites at their own risk. Iyasocare does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of website content.

　　This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Subscriber and Iyasocare regarding website use. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

　　10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

　　This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

　　Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved first through friendly consultation. If no resolution is reached, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the PRC.
